AQL



*** What is AQL?
AQL Means acceptable quality level or limit. The AQL is the maximum percent defect for the purpose of sampling inspection. It can be consider satisfactory as a product average. Depending on the price and item the widely used in apparel industry AQL system re 1.5, 2.5, 4.0, 6.5 & 10.
For example-for low price items and children wears. AQL is of 6.5 and 10. However, for higher price items AQL is of 2.5 and 4.0.
Formula of AQL =       Numbers of defective products x 100          
         Total numbers of inspected product                  =%
